Mailfinity

Infinite addresses. One private inbox.

Give every service its own address. Mailfinity catches them all, flags leaks and phishing, and lets you shut any address off in one click.

  • Leaks, flagged: A stranger writing to a single-use address is flagged automatically.
  • Phishing, spotted: Unfamiliar senders are marked before you click.
  • Out of your real inbox: Sign-ups, codes and newsletters land here, not in your personal mail.
  • Infinite addresses: Anything @ your domain, or your free mailfinity.email subdomain, just works. No setup per address, no limit on how many.
  • No domain? Start free on mailfinity.email: Claim a free subdomain with a random name. It works the moment you claim it, catches mail to any address on it, and has no limit on addresses either. Add your own domain next to it whenever you like.
  • A fresh address in every signup form: Click the Mailfinity button in any email field. A new address, labelled with the site, is created and filled in for you.
  • See who leaked your address: Mail to shop-2025@ from a stranger means that shop sold or lost your data. Now you know.
  • Phishing gets flagged: If a message claims to be your bank but arrives at your newsletter address, Mailfinity marks the sender as unfamiliar before you click anything.
  • Cut it off in one click: Block a leaked address and every future message to it is dropped on arrival. Everything else keeps working.
  • Trackers stripped: Tracking pixels are removed and remote images wait until you ask for them.
  • Kept apart, not forwarded: Nothing reaches your personal inbox. Your real address never appears anywhere.
  • Instant arrival: New mail appears live, with optional browser notifications for login codes.
  • Pin, label, note: Remember which address you gave to whom. Synced across your devices.

FAQ

What is a catch-all inbox?

A catch-all inbox receives mail sent to any address on your domain, even addresses you never created. With Mailfinity you can give every website its own address, like netflix@yourdomain.com, and all of it arrives in one private inbox.

Is there a limit on how many addresses I can use?

No. Every address on your domain or free subdomain works, as many as you like. That is where the name comes from: mail, to infinity. Beta limits apply to domains, retention and daily mail volume, never to the number of addresses.

How do I find out who leaked my email address?

Give each service its own address. If mail reaches that address from someone else, the service leaked or sold it. Mailfinity spots this automatically and flags the message as an unfamiliar sender.

Do I need a mailbox or mail server?

No. Mailfinity receives the mail for you. All you need is a domain, and you can even skip that by starting on a free mailfinity.email subdomain.

Can I use Mailfinity without my own domain?

Yes. Claim a free subdomain of mailfinity.email with a random name, like calm-otter-4821.mailfinity.email. It works right away with no DNS setup, and every address on it reaches your inbox. When you want addresses on a name of your own, add your domain next to it.

Will this break my existing email?

Not if you use a subdomain. If your domain already receives mail, we suggest a subdomain like mail.yourdomain.com during setup.

How is this different from email aliases or forwarding?

Alias and forwarding services pass everything on to your personal inbox and leave it to you to spot a leak. Mailfinity is a catch-all inbox, on your own domain or a free mailfinity.email subdomain, that keeps that mail apart and flags unfamiliar senders for you.

Why doesn't Mailfinity forward mail?

Keeping sign-ups and newsletters out of your personal inbox is the point. Turn on browser notifications to see login codes the moment they arrive.

How does Mailfinity spot a leak?

Each address is meant for one service. When mail arrives at an address from a sender that never wrote to it before, Mailfinity flags it as an unfamiliar sender.

Can I send or reply?

Not yet. Mailfinity is receive-only, built for sign-ups, login codes and newsletters.

Is there a browser extension?

Yes, for Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers. It adds a Mailfinity button to email fields: one click creates an address labelled with the site and fills it in. If you already gave that site an address, it offers that one first.

How long is mail kept?

During the beta, mail is kept for 365 days and then deleted automatically.

What does it cost?

Nothing while Mailfinity is in beta, whether you use your own domain or a mailfinity.email subdomain. Paid plans with higher limits may come later, and we will tell you well in advance.
